Identified core user base and designed relevant personas for a potential PatientSite Mobile App.
Developed user stories to better target common user pain-points.
Rapidly iterated UX mockups to simplify critical user decisions. Built out storyboards displaying app appropriate user flows.
Extensively tested mockups with patients to gain feedback on core design issues.
Presented final version of the UX package to client and provided insight on future application development.
