USCIS Redesign Study
Most recently I had the pleasure of working on a concept redesign of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigrations Services website. Throughout this project I was given the opportunity to flex my UX muscles and pick up a few new skills as well.
Knowing what the users want
Whether it's for a fun mobile app or serious software meant for production, knowing what users want, and what gets in their way, lets me get to the root of any problem. The smallest hitch can be the undoing of a product; a focused user experience ensures that customers will not only stay, they will help grow your userbase.
